Our phones are forwarded to a team member each day. This way we can best assist you with your questions. Due to high call volume at times you may get our Voicemail. Thats's okay, just leave a quick message and your call will be returned promptly. 

Diagnostic/Dispatch Fees are fairly standard across the industry. Each company has a cost of doing business, these factors greatly influence the current rates. Typically depending on the area these rates range from $120-$145+taxes. Be cautious of lower upfront rates as this can often be a lure into larger costs down the road.  

Our typical hours of operation are Monday - Friday (Holidays Excluded) between the hours of 8am and 5pm. 

This can quite often be a situation requiring immediate attention. If unsure please call to discuss with a member of our team.

*If you smell Natural Gas or Propane Contact your Fuel Supplier Immediately. Union Gas/Enbridge 1-877-969-0999

*Carbon Monoxide Alarms, contact your local fire department at 911.  All occupants must be removed from the building to fresh air while awaiting emergency services.
